Everything at Blue Fez is made in house, from our smooth,
silky houmus to our lemon touched grape leaves.
Chef Nasser formerly owned Kasbah Restaurant in
Winthrop Massachusetts, but when the Salem location
came available he jumped to bring his cuisine to such a historic town in Salem, MA.
